Verizon needed to make their notoriously commitment-phobic prepaid customers purchase phones online in bigger numbers.
We created a friendly visual language and a user flow that easily allows consumers to move back and forth between options. Anxiety was taken out of the purchase process by letting consumers build their plan options as they go.
